Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully. When completing a booking with us, you accept on behalf of the individuals or group you are booking for, these terms and conditions.

Please note, Live the Dream Spain do not offer the service of purchasing flights or transport in the UK. Should your visit require the purchase of flights, or transport in the UK or other services not part of your contract with Live the Dream Spain, please refer to the Terms and Conditions from the respective service provider.

Your Booking

All agreed visits with Live the Dream Spain will be confirmed in writing via email by us. You will be advised all the details of the visit, total cost and in addition receive payment Terms and Conditions and an invoice for your primary (deposit) payment. You will be prompted to confirm your understanding of our booking conditions and at this time by email in writing. Once we receive this email and initial deposit, your booking is confirmed.

 

Payment/Minimum Numbers

Tour prices are offered with a minimum number of persons for each booking. Should numbers fall below this, your booking is at risk and may incur additional costs. 

Cancellation – Individuals and Group

Cancellations of individuals, group members or complete bookings must be advised as soon as possible in writing. Subject to the sport and elements of tour purchased, the refundable amounts can vary.

Changes By You

Should you wish to make changes to your booking, Live the Dream Spain will assist where possible. If the amendment is possible without additional charge we will do so at no cost. Should the changes require additional costs, you will be invoiced accordingly for any additional costs. Should there be any further costs involved you will be informed in advance of the changes being made for your confirmation.

Changes By Us

It is unlikely that we will have to make changes to your tour, but on occasion, sometimes we may need to make changes which we reserve the right to do at any time. Should the situation arise where part of your agreed tour package, we are unable to deliver, you will be refunded for this specific element accordingly. Should these changes result in the touring party being unable to take part in any sporting activity at all for the duration of the tour contract, with the exception of weather or flight cancellation, all costs relating to the sporting activity will be refunded.  You will also have the option of cancelling the tour completely up to 48 hour before departure date, should we be unable to deliver any sporting activity agreed in your contract. We do not except any liability for any bookings you made, including flights, outside of the agreed tour contract.

Flight and Weather Cancellation

Should you not be able to complete your tour due to flight cancellation, we cannot guarantee any refund on your booking. Depending on your chosen activities, accommodation choices and any additional elements to your tour, we will do our best from the moment we are informed of cancellation to deal with your booking to be able to offer the best refund possible. In respect of weather cancelling sporting activities during your tour, any cancellation and refunds will be outlined in your Payment Terms and Conditions.

Our Liability To You

We accept responsibility for the proper performance of our obligations under this contract, subject always to the limitations set out above.  We will perform such obligations with reasonable skill and care.  We are not responsible for any failure that is:
·          Attributable to you or a member of your party;
·          Attributable to a third party unconnected with the provision of the services to you, and is unforeseeable and unavoidable;
·          Attributable to an event which either ourselves or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not have foreseen or forestalled even with all due care.
Although we cannot accept responsibility for clients who by misadventure suffer illness, personal injury or death during the period of their tour arising out of an activity which does not form part of the inclusive tour or excursions booked through the company, general assistance may, at our absolute discretion, be afforded to clients.  In the event either of there being a successful claim against a third party or there being suitable insurance policy/ies in force, the Company is entitled to recoup from you the costs incurred by us in giving this assistance.

Health and Travel Insurance

We recommend all those travelling on a tour with Live the Dream Spain to obtain suitable health cover/insurance in line with the activities they will take part in during their tour. It is a minimum requirement for all those travelling that are EU citizens, to have an EU health card. For non EU citizens, suitable health insurance is required. We can offer you advice on suitable sports travel insurers should you wish.

Data Protection

In order to process your booking and deliver your tour and requirements, we may require to use the information you provide such as name, address and any special requirements. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to relevant suppliers such as hotels and transport companies. The information may also be provided authorities as required by law. We will not, however pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. In making this booking you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant person(s). We will confirm the details we hold about you on request.

Marketing


We do not share any information with third parties, but we would like to hold your information, where collected by us for our own future marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive such information in the future please inform us or on receiving contact, you will have the option to opt out at any time.

Behaviour

Unacceptable behaviour in the opinion of Live the Dream Spain staff, by individuals or groups to our staff or clients, or disrupts the functioning of the tour, you will receive a warning advising of this unacceptable behaviour. Should further behaviour persist, we reserve the right to cancel all elements of your tour either as an individual or group. There will be no refund and any costs that are endured as a result of the behaviour are at the expense of the individual or group.
